From aluminum
to titanimum
Throughout our experience in the aerospace industry, we have gained a large amount of knowledge on how to machine all material types. Although, in those same experiences, we took notice that many machining facilities aim to control the aluminum cutting market. We are proud to say that we have directed our primary focus on growing in the Titanium and Steel machining market. This has become a niche for our company; as not many are capable of machining at the removal rates that we achieve.
Our work centers are all new, equipped with all options. We practice total preventive maintenance, which will ensure our equipment stays in the best condition possible — eliminating as much chance of breakdown as possible.

We specialize in the machining of hard metals, with an added emphasis on Titanium. Stainless steel capabilities are up to 50 HRc (hardness), and aluminum is only limited by the length of parts (up to 40”)

Programming / Engineering
Our programming department uses Catia V5
We are MBD/DPD approved (To Boeing D6-51991), and can create derivative engineering (as required) for shop planning and production usage.
We have in-house, and off-site servers, along with a cloud based server with data backup performed daily.
We have remote access through VPN, and can provide on and off-site programming support.
Our company uses Shoptech’s E2 ERP System for planning, scheduling, routing, and order tracking.
